 We’re proud to be an eco-friendly apartment complex in the heart of Ouarzazate. Our building is completely gas-free, with induction hobs in every kitchen. The roof is equipped with 80 solar panels, providing clean energy for the property. All windows and balcony doors are double-glazed and come with electric shutters to help with energy efficiency. Each apartment also has air conditioners that can cool and heat, offering comfort while staying mindful of the environment.
